CUSTOM BATTERY PACK
Rovilus provides custom battery pack design based on customers' requests. Customers can select either power or energy type battery module as standard construction units. Safety system such as hierarchical battery management system, high current fuse and contactor, and anti-vibration structure is integrated in all battery packs for greater reliability. Our proprietary thermal management system is also built into every module - this ensures continuous high power output with long cycle life. We assist our customers to find the most suitable specification for their requirements.

CUSTOMIZED SOLUTION
All battery packs are different depending on the use case scenario. Therefore, we custom tuned the thermal characteristic of phase change material (PCM) and liquid tubing system, in order to best fit every single need.
WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE
Our Thermal Management System allows a full operating temperature range from -40°C to 65°C. It can be used for cooling down or heating up the battery pack to suit different operating environments.


LONG LASTING PERFORMANCE
Equipped with Rovilus' Thermal Management System, battery pack performance can be enhanced at least 2.5 times of peak power output and 3.5 times of total cycle lifetime. providing superior performance cost-efficiently.
